Payments& delivery
OUR PRODUCTS
We currently accept payments through manual UPI transfer only. After placing your order, please complete the payment using the UPI ID provided at checkout and share the payment confirmation.
Your order will be processed once the payment is verified. In case of order cancellation or an approved refund, the refund amount will be returned through UPI or the original payment details shared by the customer.

DELIVERY
Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds ?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items ?
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
