Easy Breakfast Recipe : SpiraVeda Spirulina Poha

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flattened rice (poha)

  • 4 gm SpiraVeda Spirulina

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 potato, carrot, capsicum diced

  • 2 green chilies

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • Curry leaves

  • 1 tbsp peanuts

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice

Instructions

1. Wash and soak poha for 2-3 minutes.

2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, onions, after some time add chopped potatoes, carrot & capsicum.

3. Cook until potatoes, carrot & capsicum become soft.

4. Add poha and salt; mix well.

5. Turn off the flame and after few minutes mix in SpiraVeda Spirulina.

6. Garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves.
